If you subscribe to our News Letter we only retain your name and email address in order to send the newsletter in a more personalised manner.  You can cancel this subscription at any time by click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter – upon receiving an un-subscribe notice we delete the individuals name and email information and send a confirmation of cancellation.

How We Use Your Data

Information is retained in order to provide our customers with a communication service in the form of a newsletter.  Your data is NOT passed to any third-party organisation(s).

TCS Medical respects your rights and if you wish to view/review/change or delete this data please contact us in writing.  Data requests may require proof of identity to protect the individual’s data from fraudulent access.

We will keep your personal information for as long as you're a customer.  Dormant customer information we be deleted on a periodic basis or upon request.
